Fish!

Well, It's official! We have fish again! We set up the tank and last ngiht Trent and the kids came with me to Volleyball and afterward we headed to Pet'smart to get fish. We have two Guppy's. Both Male. One has a yellow tail, and one has a orange and blue tail. We also got two Molly's. They are both female! One is all black (that one Eli wants to name Fishy), and the other is silver with black spots. So cross your fingers and hope they don't die. They were still seimming around the tank this morning, and the kids feed them! It was very exciting! Now we have to come up with names for the other 3 fish!

While we were at Pet'smart, we also looked a parakeets. Rylee has been asking for one for her birthday. She still doesn't know what color she likes best. Eli found a mostly yellow one that he liked! He would put his finger up to the side of the cage and the bird would peck at his finger! It was cute. He really wanted to bring it home with us, but we don't have the cage or anything ready yet, so he had to stay at the store. Plus, since it's Rylee's present...It would be nice if she gets to pick it out! The ones that are at the pet store here in town are all yellow and green. But Pet'smart had ones that were blue and white, and ones that were mostly yellow too! So she is going to have to make some decisions!

We had a great day on Saturday for Chris's Graduation! It was a lot of fun! We are all so pround of him! He graduated with his bachelor's in Landscape Architecture. After the ceremony we headed to the Brocach for some celebrating. Took Pictures on the Capital square, and then went out for dinner! I was a nice day! Congrats to Chris and his Roommate Ryan!

Madtown Twisters

While we had Jodi's Baby Shower at our house on Saturday, Trent and the boys went to Madison and meet Melyssa and Derek. WE had never been there before, but it was a lot of fun (or so I am told). Melyssa took these pictures! I especially like the one of Trent trying to get out of the foam pit! Trent said the boys ran and jumped and played and played! They were exhaused when they got home. You can even see that their faces were red from running around in the pictures! We will definately go again, especially when Rylee and I can come too!

Happy Mother's Day!

Yesterday I had a great day! The day started out by getting to sleep in, Well...As much as I can with a 3 year old cuddles up to my face! Then the kids gave me a Mother's Day Gift in bed. It was very cute! They were all very excited about it, and the different parts! I got a bottle of wine, and a box of chocolate. I got a necklace from Rylee, and a Brewer Sweatshirt for Eli. They must have each picked out that part. Rylee made me a card with a poem, and a neat picture of her by the flowers at school. Eli planted a plant at Preschool and gave me that too! It was very cute.

Then we called the Grandma's and wished them a "Happy Mother's Day!". Later in the day we headed to Trent's game. I also brought Mikki and Cash along, so Sally and Mike could get some other stuff done. I don't think we watched much of the game. They played hard on the park equipment for most of the game. After the game we headed home and played outside for a bit. I got part of the lawn mowed. Then Trent brought pizza hut home for supper! It was a lovely day!

Weekend at Cheryl and Mike's

We had a wedding this weekend, so the kids headed to Cheryl and Mike's house Saturday and slept over. They had a great time...They painted a pot and planted flowers for me for Mother's Day, they played endlessly with the kittens, and they got to sleep in a tent in Cheryl's living room!
