Rylee on the Fireman PulleyAfter work last night, I had Volleyball, but Trent and the kids headed down to the park in Sauk and went to "National Night Out". It's a night to talk about safety, as part of the night the fire department, police department, utilties, and military are out with all of their equipment. The kids had a blast. They got to see fire trucks, police cars, helicopters, etc. They went dunked a police officer in a dunk tank. Got to ride on the Fireman Pulley. Saw a helicopter and watch it take off. It was a lot of fun! When I finished playing volleyball I headed down there, and found them. They were both super excited, and talking a mile a minute about all the cool stuff, and what they had done while I was playing! We hung out for a bit longer, and then headed to Pizza Hut for supper. Kale was so hungry. He ate the food (Gerber Graduates) that I brought for him, he had some breadstick, some pasta, some crackers, and some pizza! Hungry little guy! By the time we got home it was 9:30, so we got everyone off to bed. We will definately go back next year! It was a good time!
